INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF ONE UNIT RUBBER BOAT
1. The Local Government Unit of Padada, Davao Del Sur through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit of Padada for Calendar Year 2025. Intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos only (Php 680, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Purchase of various medicine supplies. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.
2. The Local Government Unit of Padada, Del Sur through its Municipal Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for Supply Delivery of Rubber Boat. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days from the issuance of Notice to Proceed.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
