1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the MDRRM (Special Trust) Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of One (1) Set Extrication Device, LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of One (1) Set Extrication Device, LGU, Bagabag Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.
