1. The Local Government Unit of Bagabag, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION SIXTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE PESOS & FORTY-SIX CENTAVOS (₱1, 061, 151.46) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Office Supplies, LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU of Bagabag now invites bids for the Supply & Delivery of Office Supplies, LGU, Bagabag, Nueva Vizcaya.
