Description : Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES
1)The Local Government Unit of Cateel, through the FY 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos Only (Php 1, 423, 136.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Office Equipment & Supplies with project identification number G-2026-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Local Government Unit of Cateel, now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Office Equipment & Supplies. Delivery of the Goods is required within fifteen (15) calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
