Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT OF DIFFERENT OFFICES
1. The Municipal Government of Busuanga, through Continuing Fund intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos (Php 1, 465, 239.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT OF DIFFERENT OFFICES.Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Busuanga now invites bids SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT OF DIFFERENT OFFICES. Delivery of the Goods is required ten(10) days. Bidders should have completed, within One (1) year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
