Description : Invitation to Bid for SUPPLY & DELIVERY OF MEALS & SNACKS UNDER FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT
1)The Local Government Unit of Cateel, through the FY 2026 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 4, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply & Delivery of Meals & Snacks under Framework Agreement with project identification number G-2026-003. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Local Government Unit of Cateel, now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Meals & Snacks using Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 10 months upon issuance of Notice to Proceed . Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
