1) The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund-20% LGDF intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Fifteen Pesos & Sixty Three Centavos (Php 1, 966, 015.63) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply & Delivery of Materials for the Various Projects (20% LGDF Funds) of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur now invites bids for Supply & Delivery of Materials for the Various Projects (20% LGDF Funds) of Magsaysay, Davao del Sur.
