-œSupply & Delivery of Materials for the Repair/Improvement of Barangay Road at Hda. San Ramon, Brgy. Luna, Cadiz City-



1. The Bids & Awards Committee, through CY 2018- 20% IRA ADP Fund intends to apply the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND PESOS (P81, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for -œSupply & Delivery of Materials for the Repair/Improvement of Barangay Road at Hda. San Ramon, Brgy. Luna, Cadiz City-. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.



2. The Bids & Awards Committee now invites bids for -œSupply & Delivery of Materials for the Repair/Improvement of Barangay Road at Hda. San Ramon, Brgy. Luna, Cadiz City- Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60)) calendar days]. Bidders should have completed, within One year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.



3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-.



Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR RA 9184.



4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from City Government of Cadiz/Bids & Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during regular office hours (8:00-12:00 a.m. & 1:00-5:00 p.m.).



A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders on January 18-24, 2019 from the address given below.



5. Bids must be delivered to the address below on January 24, 2019 @ 9:00 o-clock in the morning. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause 82.



Bid opening shall be on January 24, 2019 @ 9:00 o-clock in the morning at CMO Conference Room, 2nd Floor., Cadiz City Hall, Cadiz City, Neg. Occ. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend at the address below. Late bids shall not be accepted.





6. The Bids & Awards Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
