INVITATION TO BID
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIBRARY EQUIPMENT (ELECTRONIC ALARM, MICROFORM READER, CONSERVATION EQUIPMENT, AND PHOTOCOPIER) OF FILIPINIANA DIVISION (2nd Posting)
The National Library of the Philippines (NLP) through the authorized appropriation for FY 2015 General Appropriation Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php2, 947, 200.00) being the Approved Budget Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIBRARY EQUIPMENT (ELECTRONIC ALARM, MICROFORM READER, CONSERVATION EQUIPMENT, AND PHOTOCOPIER) OF FILIPINIANA DIVISION under Public Bidding No. 15-25. Bidding will be through LINE ITEM BIDDING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The NLP now invites bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LIBRARY EQUIPMENT (ELECTRONIC ALARM, MICROFORM READER, CONSERVATION EQUIPMENT, AND PHOTOCOPIER) OF FILIPINIANA DIVISION. Delivery of the goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible to bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
