INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

TWO FAILED COMPETITIVE PUBLIC BIDDINGS

Supply and Delivery of Electronic Alarm, Microfilm Reader,

Conservation Equipment of Filipiniana Division
In view of the two (2) failed bidding, the National Library of the Philippines (NLP) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/suppliers to participate in the negotiated bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Electronic Alarm, Microfilm Reader, Conservation Equipment of Filipiniana Division with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Four Hundred Sixty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (Php2, 467, 200.00). Bidding will be through Line Item Bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
