1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Million Pesos (Php70, 000, 000.00) only, being the ABC to payment under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Training, Testing and Commissioning of Big Data Cluster Storage Enhancement under PR 2024-11-0754 EPA| IB 2025-24. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be made within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes. Price validity is one hundred twenty (120) calendar days.
