The BICOL MEDICAL CENTER, through the Income-CO intends to apply the sum of PESOS THIRTY FIVE MILLION (Php 35, 000, 000.00)) being the ABC to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING & COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT HIGH TEMPERATURE WASTE TREATMENT MACHINE WITH HOUSING FACILITY - 1 LOT - IB No. 2024-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
