• All items shall be brand new, complete, and suitable for professional technical and design use, with delivery, setup, and testing to be completed in accordance with the approved schedule.

• Supplier shall provide all user manuals, technical documents, warranty certificates, and support contacts
• Supplier shall conduct in-person technical trainings with hands-on learning activities for at least eight (8) participants.
