Description : The Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System-Corporate Office (MWSS-CO) through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) will undertake the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Configuration of Two (2) Wireless Access Point (WAP) Equipment with Three (3) Year License Subscription, and Renewal of Four (4) Existing WAP License (3-Year Subscription).
The MWSS-CO hereinafter referred to as the “the Procuring Entity” now requests you to submit price quotation for the procurement of the above-mentioned project, as specified in the Terms of Reference (TOR) provided in the Annex “A” as attached.
The mode/method of procurement shall be through Small Value Procurement in accordance with Section 34, Rule IV - Modes of Procurement of the 2025 Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act No. 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act (NGPA)”.
