1) The Margosatubig Regional Hospital, through the PHIC / Hospital Income of F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 45, 000, 000.00) for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Waste Treatment Machine with Infrastructure Components being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
