1) The West Visayas State University Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of Six Million One Hundred Nineteen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-Nine Pesos and 50/100 Centavos (PhP 6, 119, 939.50) Only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One Lot Bulk Liquid Medical Grade Oxygen. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The West Visayas State University Medical Center now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One Lot Bulk Liquid Medical Grade Oxygen. Delivery of the Goods is required by Staggered delivery within Twelve (12) Months.
