1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Twenty Two Million Pesos (PhP22, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Ultrasound Machine under ITB No. 2026-512 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Ultrasound Machine. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
