1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (PhP2, 420, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Cooling Therapy Machine under ITB No. 2026-511 Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Cooling Therapy Machine. Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
