The Provincial Government of Cagayan, through the Annual Budget Appropriations intends to apply the sum of P 5, 000, 000.00 being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Unit Brand New Semi-Automatic Bag Type Rotary Packaging Machine with Conveying System and Vacuum Sealer / [Goods 048-2023]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
