1) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med), through the Hospital Operating Income-Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of Five Million (PhP5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of One (1) Lot Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Set under ITB No. 2026-371. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Rizal Medical Center (Rizal Med) now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of One (1) Lot Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy Set Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
