1) The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php3, 350, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Lot of Biomedical Calibration Test Equipment. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Governor Benjamin T. Romualdez General Hospital and Schistosomiasis Center now invite bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of One (1) Lot of Biomedical Calibration Test Equipment using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB).
