1. The Valenzuela Medical Center (VMC), through the General Appropriations Act/Income CY 2026, intends to apply the sum of Philippine Currency: SIX MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY-NINE PESOS and 60/100 Only (P 6, 465, 459.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF INVERTER AIR-CONDITIONING UNITS, WITH COMPLETE ACCESSORIES AS PER MANUFACTURER-S STANDARD FOR VALENZUELA MEDICAL CENTER. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
