The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the GAA/Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Seventy Nine Million Pesos (Php 79, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning System (HVAC) & Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS) with Building Management System at Emergency Complex. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
