INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO
PARTICIPATE IN COMPETITIVE DIALOGUE for the
SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF FOUR (4) MODULAR OPERATING ROOM COMPLEX
1. The Province Government of Misamis Occidental through the General Fund
intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Fifty Million Pesos (PhP
250, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for CD-G-2026-03-0637. Bids received in excess
of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial
proposals.
2. The Province of Misamis Occidental now invites Expressions of Interest (EOI)
from interested and eligible bidders for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning of Four (4) Modular Operating Room Complex. Considering the Project-s
complexity, Competitive Dialogue shall be used in accordance with RA 12009
