1) The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the INCOME (PAV) - CO intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED THIRTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY PESOS AND SIXTY-EIGHT CENTAVOS (PHP 4, 939, 590.68) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The ITRMC now invites bids for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF A FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM. Delivery of the Goods is required within the given periods below upon receipt of the approved Purchase Order (PO).
