1. The National Irrigation Administration-Region 10, through the GAA CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Forty-five Million Ninety-eight Thousand Thirty-nine Pesos and twenty-two centavos only (PHP 45, 098, 039.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation of Telemetry Station for Roxas-Kuya RIS in Maramag, Bukidnon under Contract Ref. no. GOODS-BUK-GAA-2024-RKRIS-TELEMETRY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Region 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery period is required within one hundred fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
