1. The National Irrigation Administration-Region 10, through the GAA CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Forty-five Million Ninety-eight Thousand Thirty-nine Pesos and twenty-two centavos only (PHP 45, 098, 039.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation of Telemetry Station for Pulangui RIS in Valencia, Bukidnon under Contract Ref. no. GOODS-BUK-GAA-2024-PULRIS-TELEMETRY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Region 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery period is required within one hundred fifty (150) Calendar Days.
