1) The Local Government Unit of Hilongos, through the GENERAL FUND-SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 2026-01 intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY THREE PESOS & 34/100 (Php999, 633.34) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION FOR THE PROVISION OF CABINETS AT RURAL HEALTH UNIT. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
