INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID
The MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMUNGAJAN, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Playset 2 - L1072cm x W892cm x H380 cm, 3 units 2 seater Seesaw
and 1 unit 2 seater seesaw

Contract Duration :
Delivery Period : within 35 CD after receipt of PO
Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary -œpass/fail- criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules & Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the -œGovernment Procurement Reform Act-. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted by the TWG.
All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post -qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rule and Regulations (IRR).
Pre-bid Conference shall be opened to all interested parties, however, only those who have purchased the bidding documents shall be allowed to raise or submit queries or clarifications.

Bid Documents will be available only to eligible bidders upon payment of a non-refundable amount of
ONE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (a‚+/- 1, 000.00), payable to the Municipality of Pinamungajan Cashier.
The Municipality of Pinamungajan assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bid.
