Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION OF
OFFICE EQUIPMENT OF PRO IVB
1) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million, Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos and 50/100 (Php 10, 219, 574.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Equipment of PRO IV-B. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The PhilHealth Regional Office IV-B now invites bids for above Procurement Project using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB). Delivery and Installation of Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
