Description : SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, INTEGRATION, AND TESTING OF ADDITIONAL RADAR FOR THE CEBU VESSEL TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (VTMS)
1. The Philippine Coast Guard through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Six Million Eight Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Pesos and 67/100 (PHP36, 888, 978.67) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery, Installation, Integration, and Testing of Additional Radar for the Cebu Vessel Traffic Management System (VTMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Three Hundred Sixty-Five (365) calendar days or One (1) year upon receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) with warranty of at least One (1) year upon acceptance.
