Description : 1. The National Irrigation Administration-Pampanga Bataan Irrigation Management Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand One Hundred Four Pesos and Twelve Centavos (Php 5, 653, 104.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery & Installation of Hybrid Solar Powered Pump Irrigation Project with IB No. NIAR3-PAMBAT IMO-2025-HYBRID SPIP-27. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Irrigation Administration-Pampanga Bataan Irrigation Management Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
