1. Objective and Scope
The Service Provider shall be responsible for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, and
maintenance of Internet Services. The project aims to establish a robust and sustainable
communication network using Tier 1 connectivity and enterprise-grade hardware.
2. Component A: Internet Service Requirements
2.1. Service Provider Qualifications
To ensure high-level reliability and expertise, the Service Provider must meet the following
criteria:
● Classification: Must be a major Tier 1 provider and operate as an Internet Service
Provider for at least ten (10) years.
● Certifications:
○ Must have NTC certification
○ Must be MEF 3.0 Certified Network
○ Must have an AA rating on sustainability (ESG Reporting Act).
● Manpower: Must provide a list of regular employees (at least 2 years tenure) dedicated
