Description : INVITATION TO BID
FOR THE SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CONFIGURATION, AND
COMMISSIONING OF TOLL COLLECTION EQUIPMENT
1. The PEA Tollway Corporation, a Subsidiary Corporation of the Philippine Reclamation
Authority, through the Corporate Operating Budget (COB) for CY 2026 intends to apply
the sum of Seventy-Five Million Pesos Only (Php75, 000, 000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation, Configuration, and Commissioning of Toll Collection Equipment. Bids
received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PEA Tollway Corporation now invites bids for the Supply, Delivery, Installation,
Configuration, and Commissioning of Toll Collection Equipment using the Fit for
Purpose Approach. Delivery of the Goods is required for CY 2026, One Hundred Twenty
(120) Calendar Days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
