A complete set of bidding documents (in English) can be obtained from both locations the University of Ruhuna, Wellamadama complex and the Finance Division, Faculty of Engineering, Hapugala, Galle up to 14.00 hours on 28.09.2021 by making payment of a non-refundable tender fee as given in the above table to the Shroff counter, or through an email request to “[email protected]” up to 13.00 hours on 04.10.2021 by submitting the scan copy of payment slip after the making payment of a non-refundable tender fee as given in the above table to the A/C No 032100112477589 (People-s Bank, Uyanwatta, Matara) through any branch of the People-s Bank.
Pre Bid meeting will be held on 22.09.2021 at 10.00 a.m in the Board Room, Faculty of Engineering, Hapugala, Galle or via online (Zoom meeting).
