High Frequency (HF) Radio Services Project
1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the General Appropriations Act - CY 2025 continuing appropriations intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php8, 900, 000.00) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Commissioning and Training of the Enhancing Maritime Safety through Matine Weather High Frequency (HF) Radio Services Project, IB No. 2026-27 (PR 2025-11-0717). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within ninety (90) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Price is inclusive of VAT and all other applicable taxes....
