Description : PROCUREMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The Total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Seven Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Pesos (₱794, 000.00) Only. The ABC per lot is indicated in page 14 of this RFQ.
2. Price quotation should be inclusive of tax obligations.
3. Evaluation of bids will be conducted on a “per lot” basis based on two components: the Quality and the Cost. The Quality component shall account for sixty percent (60%) of the total score and the Price component for forty percent (40%). The combined Quality Score and Cost Score shall constitute the bidder-s Overall Score, and the bidder obtaining the highest overall score per lot, shall be recommended for award as the Most Economically Advantageous and Responsive Bid (MEARB) in compliance with the provisions under Section 61.3 of the IRR of RA 12009.
