1. The Department of Trade and Industry-Region 1 (DTI-R1), through the General Appropriations Act intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 999, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the -A"Supply, Delivery, Installation, Certification, Testing and Commissioning of Tools & Equipment for the Shared Service Facility on Mechanization of Candle Making in Manaoag located at Pugaro, Manaoag, Pangasinan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
