The Barangay Government of Barangay ULANGO, Tanauan, Batangas through the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites Suppliers/Contractors to apply for eligibility and if subsequently found eligible, to bid for the projects described hereunder, viz:

Interested Suppliers/Contractors shall submit personally the Letter of Intent and their original copy of License and Certificate of Registration and Classification for proper authentication at the Office of the BAC Secretariat, Brgy. ULANGO, Tan. City until 3:00 P.M. of December 1, 2019
Bid documents will be made available to eligible Suppliers/Contractors for issuance on December 2, 2019 from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. at the Office of the BAC Secretariat at Brgy. ULANGO, Tanauan City upon payment of a non-refundable amount based on the schedule project cost.
Eligible Suppliers/Contractors shall submit their duly accomplished Pre-Qualification and approved Eligibility Statements including Price Proposals to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Brgy. ULANGO, City of Tanauan, Batangas not later than 10:00 A.M. of December 5, 2019.

All particulars relative to the eligibility, Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Pre-Bid Conference, Bid Evaluation and Awards of Contract shall be governed by the Provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Bid Securities shall be in cash.
