1) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026/ Hospital Income 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos Only (PhP11, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IB#2026-07-036. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Gov. Celestino Gallares Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Goods: Supply, Delivery, Installation, Applications and Training of ARTHROSCOPY TOWER COMPONENTS AND HAND INSTRUMENTS under IB#2026-07-036 using Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) as procurement strategy.
