Description : The Cagayan State University - Carig Campus through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to procure for the project, “Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Training for the Automation Equipment, Telecommunications System, Electronic Parts and Components, and Electrical Supplies of the Fertigation System” in accordance with Section 34 (Negotiated Procurement - Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic of Act No. 12009.
