1) The Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Three Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (Php 3, 400, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Testing of Brand New Computed Radiography System under IB No. 26-59. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
