1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the Internally Generated Funds intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million Pesos (PhP 14, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Configuration of Information Technology System (Network Security Detection and Response Platform) under IB No. 2026-04-20 (09). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The JBLMGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using the Single Calculated Responsive Bidder (SCRB) and/or Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI.
