SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE FOR BACK-UP, RESTORE, AND STORAGE MANAGEMENT (BRSM) SOLUTION INTO AN OPERATIONAL STATE
1) The Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program4 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Fifty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos (PhP11, 058, 432.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Configuration of Hardware and Software for Back-up Restore, and Storage Management (BRSM) Solution Into An Operation State. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DMW now invites bids for the above-mentioned Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within forty-five (45) days upon receipt of the Purchase Order (P.O.) or Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within a period of five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project....
