1) The Rizal Medical Center, through the Hospital Income-Capital Outlay 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos (Php25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation, and Commissioning of Radiology Information System and Picture Archiving Communication System (RIS-PACS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
