The building must include all the elements necessary for the deposition of parylene without the need to add anything for its proper functioning: - sublimation of the precursor, - pyrolysis of the vapor of the precursor, - deposition in an enclosure with substrate holder cooled, - cooling system, - pumping system, - rotating substrate holder, cooled by an electric refrigeration unit. In order to be able to vary the nature of the polymers deposited, the frame must make it possible to vaporize at least parylene of type N & C.
