Description : 1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER (CFERMTC), through the General Appropriations Act 2024-Health Facilities Enhancement Program (HFEP), intends to apply the sum of Eighty Million Pesos (P80, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the SUPPLY DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF ONE (1) UNIT OF COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY SCAN SYSTEM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

1. The CONRADO F. ESTRELLA REGIONAL MEDICAL AND TRAUMA CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Sixty (60) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
