The Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the Hospital Income4 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 25, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Laparoscopic Tower and Instruments to Eversley Childs Sanitarium and General Hospital. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
