1) The Municipality of Tubigon, through the the budget for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Bayan through an Appropriation Ordinance for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 65/100 (Php 9, 478, 315.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Alarm with Sprinkler System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Tubigon now invites bids for Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Fire Alarm with Sprinkler System. Completion of the Works is required Eighty (80) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 year period from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
