1) The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through its General Fund, CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (₱8, 400, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for " SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING OF DATA CABINET WITH REDUNDANT UPS FOR UPGRADING OF BPH-S DATA CENTER ". Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
